to life and property brought about by the ravages of fire.
The shade of grey connotes the insidious nature of the continued
global terrorist threat.
The two imageries symbolise the Council’s twin roles
in keeping Singapore fire safe and prepared for civil emergencies.
Each arm of the black triangular outline corresponds to one
of the three Council objectives in educating, involving and
instilling a greater sense of self-reliance and preparedness
towards fire prevention and civil emergencies.
Each arm of the red triangle symbolises the strong partnership
amongst NFEC, Singapore Civil Defence Force & the Community-at-large
in fire prevention and civil emergency preparedness.
